Industry (212), the largest apparel and accessories trade show in New York City, announces today that Lloyd Boston, a style contributor for the Today show and Style Channel co-host, will hold a book signing of Make Over Your Man: The Woman’s Guide to Dressing Any Man in Her Life, on the show floor at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City on Tuesday, September 30th at 1:00. Complimentary copies of the book will be given to attendees on a first-come basis while supplies last.

Lloyd Boston has made a name for himself as the fashion industry’s leading style expert by sharing style advice and signaling trends on MTV, NBC’s Today Show, Fox Good Day New York, ABC’s The View, and BET, to name a few. Recently, Boston earned a place on Crain’s “Forty Under Forty” list of notables and received a Rising Star Award Nomination for New York’s prestigious Fashion Group International. “We are excited to have Lloyd Boston make an appearance at Industry (212),” says Marilyn Harrington, General Manager East Coast Fashion Group. “Lloyd is a fashion guru who has an incredible talent for turning fashion trends into styles that are accessible to everyone.”

Make Over Your Man is the first-of-its-kind style guide for women on how to bring out the very best in the men they love. Covering style from head to toe, the book includes a comprehensive quiz, instructive charts and color photographs, Q & As, and a retail resource. With his energizing humor, Boston guides readers through the ins and outs of everything from suits to casual clothes, outerwear and even grooming. The book also features ten candid celebrity makeovers such as makeup artist/entrepreneur Bobbi Brown and her husband, Steven, The View’s Star Jones and friends and fashion designer Cynthia Rowley and Tony-winner Alan Cummings.

Featuring over 600 apparel and accessories exhibitors, Industry (212) showcases the fastest growing segments of the fashion marketplace: Accessories, Casual Lifestyle/Better, Junior, Streetwear, and Young Contemporary/Contemporary. The event attracts more than 7,000 key buyers from specialty stores, major department stores, national chains, mass merchants, mail order and internet sites, as well as buying offices.
