Rita Nakouzi, Promostyl trend consultant, will explain how the lines are blurring between lingerie and beachwear, as both markets borrow details, shapes and fabric aspects from one another. A second seminar will address a global view on lifestyle trends, style and design for spring and summer 2004 and will be led by Richard Sardouk, Managing and Creative Director for the company in the US.
Margaret Walch, Director of the Color Association of the US, invites attendees to take a look at the hot colors and patterns for spring 2004 for intimate apparel markets.
Mercedes Gonzales of The Global Purchasing Group, Inc. will present "Retail 101: A Guide for New Store Owners." This workshop is geared toward helping the new store owner avoid the problems that can jeopardize their business and will feature insider tips on buying, sales and customer service.
