yarn abrasion. The complete elimination of grooving of the parts lead to
better quality of the yarn. These unique chemical ceramic coatings
can be applied to thin metallic parts like pig tail guides, over feed
discs, pulleys, etc. As compared to plasma sprayed ceramic coatings, these
provide the same and better performance but at a low cost. The
surface finish after the chemical ceramic coatings is smooth and ideally
suits the yarn. Complex shaped parts or inner side of cavities can
also be coated. They provide excellent life against abrasive yarns
