Bhawanipur Education Society College: Bhawanipur Education Society College (or BES College) is an undergraduate college affiliated with the University of Calcutta in Kolkata, India. It is a private co-educational college that is located at 5, Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani (Elgin Road) of Bhowanipore area of Kolkata.  A sister unit of the college The Bhawanipur Design Academy runs vocational courses in Design Fundamentals, Fashion, Interior, and Textile Design, and also Creative Art, Modelling, Personality Development and Foreign languages including French, Spanish, Chinese, etc.  The Bhawanipur Design Academy, a unit of BGES is a platform for Vocational education, believing in creating opportunities for the younger generation, providing superior facilities and an environment for students interested to pursue various fields in Design. DKTE Society Textile Engineering Institute: The Dattajirao Kadam Education society as its first step established the Textile and Engineering Institute in 1982. This institute was permitted by the State Government to start a Diploma course in textiles from the academic year 1982 to 83 without any grant-in aid from the Government. This was the first educational institute in the state to be started on grant basis and encouraged by the successful establishment of this, the Maharashatra State Government took a policy decision in 1983 to permit various social and industrial organizations of the state to start professional educational institutes, the decision which brought a revolution in the thinking and pattern of the education in the state.

Institute of Fashion Technology Kerala: The Institute of Fashion Technology Kerala offers BACHELOR OF DESIGN - (B.Des) - Fashion Design (4 Years Duration - 8 Semesters).  The Institute of Fashion Technology Kerala (IFTK) is established by the Government of Kerala in technical collaboration with the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. IFTK has been set up under the aegis of Centre for Continuing Education Kerala (CCEK), with the intention of developing professionals for taking up leadership positions in fashion business in the emerging global scenario.  The Fashion industry in India is mainly driven by growing exposure of  domestic designers at International forums, but growth is also supported by another important factor, focused fashion education courses for the emerging designers. Today fashion industry, like many other global industries engage special designing techniques, production methods, marketing & IT tools, it demands specially trained peoples for these. National Institute of Fashion Technologyý (NIFT): National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is a fashion institute in India.  It was set up in 1986 under the aegis of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and is an institution of design, management and technology for the international fashion business.  NIFT was granted statutory status in 2006, empowering it to award degrees and other academic distinctions.  With its head office in New Delhi, NIFT has centers at Mumbai, Kolkata, Kangra, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Raebareli, Patna, Shillong, Bhopal, Kannur, Bhubaneswar and Jodhpur where it offers four-year bachelor and two-year master programmes in the areas of Design, Management and Technology.  A new NIFT Campus at Ludhiana, Punjab has been announced by Minister of Textiles.   Also, a new center in Ompora Industrial area, Kashmir.

Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology (NIIFT)  Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology (NIIFT) is a fashion institute in Mohali with its branches in Jalandhar & Ludhiana in the state of Punjab.  It was set up in 1992.  Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on the behalf of The Punjab Government gave approval to the merger of Northern Indian Institute of Fashion Technology, Mohali (NIIFT) and its centers at Ludhiana and Jalandhar with National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi (NIFT) in 2010.  Fashion Design is a three-year undergraduate diploma program. It is available in Mohali, Ludhiana & Jalandhar.The course specializes in design development skills, fashion presentation, market knowledge and trend forecasting. The students, in the final semester, put up their collection on ramp in the annual fashion show of the college ANUKAMA. The show is The well-choreographed show by professional choreographer. Popular models like Krishna Somani, Amanpreet Wahi, Joey Mathews to name a few, walk on ramp featuring the work of the students.  Textile Design.  It is a three-year undergraduate diploma program. The course offered by NIIFT as a specialization in textiles, prints, fabric development, weaves, surface embellishments and garment construction. The final year students, put up artistic talent and scientific frame of mind at SUVAYAN, the annual textile design exhibition.

University of Technology and Management: University of Technology and Management (UTM), has been conceptualized and designed as a leading New Age University imparting technical and management programs.
