Unfortunately, in an effort to control costs and
consolidate products, MySpace parent company Fox
Interactive Media is shuttering the SpringWidgets (which
launched in 2006) and Flektor (acquired in 2007) widget platforms.
Therefore, the widgets we previously created no longer work.
The fashion widgets that we had described below do
NOT work anymore. At this point their is NO need to
add these to your website. This page is now for historical reference
Here is an example of a Fashion Blog Widget. This
particular widget is a method for website owners (fashion blogs, fashion
websites etc.) to put fashion blog posts onto their own website. This
widget contains fashionable posts from the blogging section of the Fashion Newspaper website (another site
owned by the Apparel Search Company).
If you want to add the fashion
blog widget to the
left onto your website, you can cut and paste the following code
into your website editor.
If you want to add this
fashion blog widget to your MySpace account, you can use the
following code and place it in your profile.
Note: you can change the height and width
of the news box by updating that section of the code (it is a
bit hard to find, but you will find in the code above "width"
and "height". Just change the numbers after those words to
change the size... Sorry, we do not provide any more
support in this regard. You are on you own... If you
can not figure out the method, just do not use the widget.
Also, we have found that if you mouse click on the edges of the
widget box, you may be able to hold the mouse and stretch the
sides of the box to change the height and width if you do not
wish to work with the code.
