Skechers U.S.A., Inc. (Skechers) designs and markets Skechers-branded lifestyle

department and specialty stores, athletic and independent retailers, and
boutiques, as well as catalog and Internet retailers. Along with wholesale

stores, 118 factory outlet stores and 61 warehouse outlet stores in the
