Block Fusing and Roll to Roll fuse has been around a long time time.   Basically means bonding or laminate using high heat with fusible parts of the garment (fronts, facings, waist bands, top collars etc..)  This process can also be done with a roll of fabric then sloped (cut) afterwards.
