QUALIFICATIONS:
Spirited, energetic with strong communicational skills. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have 3 to 5 years experience in sourcing footwear.
The ability to work and interact with all levels of management.
Possess a thorough understanding and awareness of shoe factories in China.
Skilled in overseeing product development process through commercialization.
Expertise in price negotiation.
Understand Factory Schedules.
Quality Control.
