London Fashion Week dates may have been shoved around by the heavy weights in New York, Paris and Milan this season but it is still a renowned fashion capital for emerging and independent fashion designers.  On February 23^rd Nolcha, in association with Gina Conway Aveda Salons and fashion media leaders Fashion TV, will exhibit four selected brands from around the globe at Amaka Showroom (75
77 Great Portland Street).

The event will offer an evening of sophisticated business networking as press, retailers and the London elite are invited to preview Australian designer Bojahn, Russian owned brand Amaka, USA collection Anavaa Kisasa and NYC based British designer, Eenamaria; with complimentary cocktails provided by Sputnik Vodka.

Despite the economical struggles emerging designers are being smart with their finances and are keen to meet agents, international press and be placed in UK stores. Nolcha received many applications from designers to showcase their brands during London Fashion Week indicating that there is still a strong interest in the UK market for emerging international fashion companies.

Sarah Morgan, owner of Eenamaria stated; 'I realized when I was on the red carpet at the Golden Globes spending 30 minutes hanging around the Sky Television camera, hoping that my family in Wales would see me, that the UK will always be my roots. It is clear that my influences and sensibility are from there and I am eager to return and expand my collection there.

The exhibition style event is being supported by the vibrant and stylish Cannizaro House and Solerra
Sunless Tanning Science. Nolcha is thrilled to once again work with the Gina Conway Aveda Salons after the success of collaboration at The Hospital Club last season. In addition the event will celebrate the finale of Dress the Band
a competition for emerging designers to create a look for the UK band Southern Attic.
