Avery Dennison Products/Services on Exhibit
Business advancing solutions at Avery Dennison's booth will range from eco-friendly solutions to RFID technology and new apparel trim items, including Halo-free ECO Transfers and the Branded Zipper.
In addition, Avery Dennison will exhibit its 2009 Spring/Summer Global Collection and its new corporate branding.
The Global Collection consists of a vast range of apparel branding products, such as graphic hang tags, beautifully fashioned woven and printed fabric labels, leather patches, heat transfers, RFID tickets, size stickers and much more. The Collection is showcased in a three-volume Presentation Book and demonstrates the creative flair with which Avery Dennison combines brand identification solutions with innovative fashion design.
The Branded Zipper
A new innovative woven label called Branded Zipper offers apparel makers, brand owners and retailers an innovative way to promote and identify brand on their garments. The label can convey customized graphics, text and logos--on a concealed front zipper.
Branded Zipper consists of invisible polyester tooth coils, which are sewn behind jacquard woven label tapes. The woven labels provide the look of a polyester label tape, but offer greater versatility, more color options and the opportunity to present brand in a unique and highly visible way.
New-- Avery Dennison Halo-free ECO Transfers
Avery Dennison's Halo-free ECO Transfers combine eco-friendly-, brand enhancement- and product performance advantages in a powerful new heat transfer concept. Made from a proprietary formula of water-based inks, the labels are PVC-free, contain no Azo dyes, formaldehyde, heavy metals or vinyl products, and meet Őko-Tex 100 class 1, making them suitable for skin contact applications for babies.
The labels are
because they exhibit no visible adhesive shadow around text or graphics, which results in crisp, clean images. They are recommended for use on cotton, cotton blends and some polyester blends in T-shirts, intimate apparel, casual clothing and children's wear. They withstand dry cleaning and home laundering at temperatures up to 140
F / 60
The label displays type in sizes less than five point fonts. They are available on a recycled paper carrier in cut singles or roll format.
