SOURCING at MAGIC, the largest and most comprehensive sourcing event reflecting the fashion supply chain, is back next month with the largest and most comprehensive Spring show to date. At the forefront of this year's show is a compelling new educational series with seminars addressing the industry's most relevant topics. With double-digit increases in number of exhibitors and square footage, SOURCING at MAGIC will offer new resources from nearly 40 countries with new growth from Columbia, Peru, Korea, Bangladesh, India and Southeast Asia.

SOURCING at MAGIC will continue to focus on topical subjects including: duty-free alternatives for sourcing of products with representation from the Americas; important solutions such as ‘Speed To Market' and navigating the changing landscape of manufacturing in China with more than 500 new resources from China represented. Not to be missed is the in-depth seminar titled, "China, The Dragon In Transition" highlighting sourcing from and selling to the world's apparel giant on Monday, February 13 at 3:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception immediately following the seminar. Addressing the issue of improving economy, SOURCING at MAGIC offers an educational series targeted to CEO's and Senior Level Sourcing Executives with key sessions including:

  • The Future: Fashion On The Cusp of a New Era
  • FTA Updates & Trade Negotiations: What companies need to know and how to stay involved

With a productive four-day format beginning a day before MAGIC, the show continues to grow in terms of both attendees and exhibitors. Fueling this evolution, in part, are new initiatives – including a further-enhanced fabric and trim area and footwear contract manufacturing category, as well as the continued focus of Design Elements and Premier China.
