Sinaloa Industrial Parks

There are 2 privately owned Industrial Parks in Sinaloa, DISSA in Los Mochis and La Primavera in Culiacan, both with services that are required by U.S. standards. There are also land and industrial buildings for sale and rent at very competitive rates and with utilities such as: water, electricity, roads and public transportation.

DISSA has 146 acres (59 hectares) available for lease or sale. The park services are paved access and operation area, public lighting, drainage ,child day care center (projected), controlled access and 24 hour security guards among others. DISSA also offers introductory administrative services (shelter and start-up) that provide professional assistance and counsel in administration, hiring, personnel training, labor laws and customs.

306 acres (124 hectares) are available in La Primavera. This industrial park is part of a new satellite city surrounded by a big irrigation channel which includes residential zones, golf course, universities and commercial area. The industrial park offers options such as: purchase, rental and leasing of land or buildings and build to suit.
