SVI Solutions, Inc. (AMEX: SVI) announced today its shareholders overwhelmingly approved the company’s name change to Island Pacific (AMEX: IPI) at its Special Shareholders Meeting held July 9th. As a result, the company's name has been changed to Island Pacific. The stock will continue to trade on the American Stock Exchange, but under the new ticker symbol "IPI.” Island Pacific was formerly the key operating division of SVI Solutions.
