The company's products can be found in leading department and specialty stores as well as Timberland® retail stores throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, South Africa and the Middle East. Timberland's dedication to making quality products is matched by the company's commitment to “doing well and doing good" – forging powerful partnerships among employees, consumers and service partners to transform the communities in which they live and work.

Their mission is to equip people to make a difference in their world. They attempt to do this by creating outstanding products and by trying to make a difference in the communities where we all live and work.

Timberland is a big company made up of a lot of small parts and incredibly talented people.  They make boots, shoes, clothes and gear that are comfortable enough to wear all day and rugged enough for all year. They don't rest on their accomplishments.  If they did, they would have only made one waterproof leather boot in there entire history.  Obviously, they have achieve much more.

They believe that their place in this world is bigger than the things they put in it. So they volunteer in their communities. Making new products goes hand in hand with making things better. That means reducing their carbon footprint and being as environmentally responsible as they can.

They love every minute they spend outdoors, and they work hard to create things that make that experience better in every way.
