As part of the "What's Your Issue?" initiative, 19-year old Ximena Prugue from Miami, USA, was presented with the Young Entrepreneur Award for her project "Giving the Green Light". "What's Your Issue?" is a US non-profit project and a global youth initiative and competition that nurtures the next generation of leaders and social entrepreneurs. The movie entry "Giving the Green Light" highlighted an issue being faced by millions of people who inhale kerosene-contaminated air on a daily basis (for example, through using kerosene lamps) and who are thus seriously at risk of developing lung cancer. Dans le cadre de l'initiative "What's Your Issue?", la jeune Ximena Prugue, âgée de 19 ans et vivant à Miami, aux États-unis, a reçu le prix des Jeunes Entrepreneurs pour son projet «Giving the Green Light». Projet caritatif américain destiné aux jeunes du monde entier, «What's Your Issue?» est une initiative, assortie d'un concours, qui entend éduquer la prochaine génération de leaders et entrepreneurs sociaux.

Le film «Giving the Green Light» évoque les millions de personnes qui, chaque jour, respirent un air contaminé par des vapeurs de pétrole lampant, lorsqu'elles utilisent des lampes à huile par exemple, et risquent grandement de développer un cancer des poumons.
