Sharper Image, which it licenses directly to retailers (herein referred
to as direct-to-retail), wholesalers and suppliers for use a range of product
categories, including apparel, footwear, sportswear, fashion accessories,
home products and decor, beauty and fragrance. In February 2013, the Company
acquired a 51% stake in the Buffalo David Bitton brand. In February 2013,
the Company acquired Lee Cooper. In May 2013, the Company acquired 49% interest
in IP Holdings Unltd LLC (IPHU), owner of the Ecko Unltd. and Marc Ecko
Cut & Sew.
