Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE: ANF) reported net sales of $185.2 million for the four-week period ended August 31, 2002, a 20% increase over last year's August sales of $154.9 million. August comparable store sales decreased 3%.
Year-to-date, the Company reported a net sales increase of 18% to $827.1 million from $698.7 million last year. Comparable store sales decreased 5% for the year-to-date period.
