AnnTaylor Stores Corporation (NYSE: ANN) will release its fourth quarter, 2001 fiscal year end earnings results and February sales results on Wednesday, March 6, 2002, after market close. The Company will host a live conference call and simultaneous webcast on Wednesday, March 6th at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The call will have comments from Chairman - Chief Executive Officer, J. Patrick Spainhour, Chief Operating Officer, Barry Erdos, Ann Taylor Division President, Kim Roy and Ann Taylor Loft Division President, Kay Krill. Following these comments there will be a question and answer session that will end promptly at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
