Gadzooks, Inc. (Nasdaq: GADZ) announced today that Stephanie Hollingsworth has joined the company as Director of Product Development. Mrs. Hollingsworth has over 17 years of experience designing apparel in the fashion retail industry. Prior to joining Gadzooks, Hollingsworth worked as Senior Design Director for Guess?, Inc., where she was responsible for managing all phases of design and development of women's apparel. Hollingsworth has held various designer positions for XOXO, Rampage Clothing Company, Jonathan Martin/Hype Division and White on White Clothiers. Mrs. Hollingsworth graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration/Marketing. "Stephanie is a great addition to the Gadzooks team," stated Paula Masters, President and Chief Merchandising Officer. "Her talent and creative energy complement her skills in product development and fashion designing, making her ideally suited for our new concept." Dallas-based Gadzooks is a high-energy specialty retailer of casual clothing and accessories offering young men's apparel, junior apparel, accessories and footwear. The Company recently announced plans to convert to an all-female assortment early in the second half of fiscal 2003.
