The Pacific States form one of the nine geographic divisions within the United States that are officially recognized by that country's census bureau. Five Coastlines, Five Completely Different Wardrobes
California alone contains several clothing climates, from fog-cooled San Francisco to desert Palm Springs to Los Angeles, and the division widens from there.
