I. Background:

The 2^nd China Hosiery Purchasing Expo 2007 was concluded on March 4, 2007. The display area of the fair was more than 7,000 square meters. It has attracted 9216 professional audience, and was highly praised by professionals in this circle. In particular, the concept of being professional has been well acknowledged in the industry. The fair has almost included all the famous brands in China, e.g. Langsha, Mengna, Asia Socks, Bonas, Sukeno Risheng, Kuailu, Eiko Textile, Baifang Knitting, Hongfeng, Niepce, Mariasocks, Shengfeng, RSC, Tongyun, etc. It also included 4 companies from Taiwan, 3 from Hong Kong and 7 from South Korea. Altogether 135 companies exhibited in the first China Hosiery Purchasing Expo.
The audience included over 500 hosiery trade companies and purchase groups from 27 countries and areas including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, US, EU member states, and countries from the Continent of America, and over 3000 import and export companies, emporiums and relevant clients from mainland China. All these have laid a solid foundation for the customer resources of the 3^rd China Hosiery Purchasing Expo in 2008!

Therefore, on the basis of the success in the previous two hosiery trade fairs, Shanghai Gehua Exhibition Service Co., Ltd plans to hold the 3rd China Hosiery Purchasing Expo 2008 at Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center. This fair will be held at the same time with the East China Fair. As both fairs will attract a large audience, they may complement to each other in enlarging the audience group. Therefore, we believe there will be more domestic and overseas dealers and purchasing agents attending our fair and forging this hosiery festival together with us

III. Participation Fees:

Standard Booth: (Notes: A 20% surcharge will be levied for reservation of a booth with 2 facades)

Domestic enterprises: 8,800 (RMB) / 9 sq.m.（3 m×3 m）（Free of renting business table）

Overseas enterprises: 2,000 (USD) / 9 sq.m.（3 m×3 m）（Free of renting business table）

（The raw space is required to be rent with minimum 36sq.m. only supplied with a show space, excluding booth frames, show equipment, management charge and electricity charges.）

1.  Each standard booth (9sq.m. at least) consists of 3-sided partitions (except for 2 facades), 1 information desk, 2 chairs, 1 hang rod, bilingual fascia board, 2 spotlights, 1 220V/5A power socket, fully covered carpet.

2. Publishing all exhibitors profile in the Show Catalogue, Organizer provides the service of cleaning, security on the site, insurance, advertising on the newspapers and magazines.

3. With the repay service of special booth building, booking hotel, exhibitor’s equipment transportation, rent with superfluity equipment.

VII. Participation Procedures:

1. After making a decision to participate in the exhibition, ask the Organizer for application Form & Agreement. Fill out the Application Form & Agreement, and submit it by mail or fax to the Organizer.

2. Please make the participation fees payable in full or 50% as deposit by telegraphic transfer or in person to the Organizer within 7 days after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled prior to December 10, 2008.
  3. The allocation of booths is based on the principle of “first-come-first-served” in terms of application and payment.

4. Upon payment of all the fees, exhibitors are required to fax the note of the bank transfer to the Organizer.

5. After receiving the booth rental, the Organizer will send a copy of Exhibitor's Manual to the exhibitor one month before the opening of the event.
