Carton Labels

Labels that are used on cartons or poly bags are typically "sticker labels".  This means that they have a sticky substance on the back side of the label that acts as an adhesive to allow the label to stick onto the carton or bag.  The garment labels are typically attached by sewing.  However, some are attached by heat seal or other adhering method.

Garment labeling is also achieved by use of hangtags, size strips, etc.  For example, a hangtag can be used to identify the garment with brand markings.  Essentially, this alerts the consumer to the brand or label of the clothing.
