Wear Me Apparel LLC d/b/a Kids Headquarters, a leading diversified children's wholesale apparel designer and marketer has completed the acquisition of the business and certain assets of Dream Apparel Group, LLC.

Dream Apparel designs and markets children's sleepwear under various licensed brands including Disney, Nickelodeon, NASCAR, Fisher-Price, Hershey, Tootsie Roll as well as owned trademarks such as Tickle Me, Tackle Me, Dream Apparel, PJ & Me and Dream Xtreme. The company was founded by Karen and Paul Leopold in 1999.  Both principals will continue with the business under Kids Headquarters
umbrella, working in partnership with Andrew Azoulay, who manages Kids Headquarters' existing sleepwear business.

Wear Me Apparel/Kids Headquarters was founded in 1972 and is principally owned and managed by Chairman & CEO Arthur Rabin and President, Jason Rabin.  The company (with annual sales in excess of $875 million), designs and markets a broad range of children's wear under a diversified portfolio of licensed, proprietary and private label brands sold through multiple retail channels.  The company's portfolio consists of: i) licensed brands such as Calvin Klein, Ecko Unltd, Hurley, Rocawear, and Timberland, ii) multi-property character licenses with Disney, Marvel and Nickelodeon and property-specific licenses with Warner Entertainment and Universal, iii) proprietary Kid's Headquarters and KHQ brands, and iv) private label programs.
