(Trinity), formerly Syms Corp., formerly owned and operated a chain of 46 off-price retail stores under the Syms name (Syms Corp) and Filene's Basement name (Filene's, LLC). As of August 25, 2012, Filene's, LLC was a wholly owned subsidiary of Trinity. As of August 25, 2012, the Company had no operations. On August 22, 2013, the Company sold its approximately 59,000 square foot Elmsford, New York property (the Elmsford Property) to KRC Acquisition Corp. In November 2011 , Syms filed for bankruptcy .
