Knit Fabric:
From single jersey, interlocks & ribs to high fashion jacquards and terrys, from pique to autostripes and polar fleece, Alok offers a very comprehensive and high fashion range of 5,400 tons of knitted fabrics annually in 100% cotton, polyester, viscose, Lycra, lurex, and their blends. Alok can also process up to 3000 tons per annum in tubular and open width forms with high precision process controls and world’s most renowned technology.

Woven Fabric
Alok can offer 90 million meters of most complex woven, dobby and jacquard fabrics from thread counts between ne 6’s to 140’s , widths from 117 cms. to 340cms and weights from 70 to 500 gsm.  All their fabrics meet the ASTM standard D 5430-93 under the stringent American 4 point system. Their fashion and functional fabrics includes shirting, dress materials, voiles, cambrics, poplins, crepes, georgettes, gauze, stretch fabrics, fil-a-fils, oxfords, chambrays, ginghams, flannels, yard dyed stripes/ checks, herringbones, tassars and a wide range of structured fabrics in 100% cotton/polyester/viscose/acrylic and Blends. For high performance cotton and cotton blended bottom wear, Alok offers world class canvas, drills, twills and chinos. With 50 million meters of high quality capacity for processing woven fabrics through its Ultra-modern units Alok offers a number of finishes like Mercerised, Sanforised, Microsanded, Soil Release, Easy Care, Calendered, Chintz,Wicking,Wrinkle Free,Stain Proof,Fire Resistant,Teffon and Brushed. Alok can also effectively handle disperse, acid and discharge printing.

Embroidered Fabric
In collaboration with Grabal of Austria, they have set up Grabal Alok Impex Ltd. to deal exclusively with embroidered fabrics. A separate plant with imported schiffli and multi head machines, is well geared to produce innovative and high fashion range of embroidered knits and woven fabrics. With world class technology and a huge capacity of 1,451 million stitches, on all kinds of woven and knitted fabrics, Alok is geared to meet high volume production. Ready Made Garments
With an annual capacity of 1 million pcs., Alok offers high quality knitwear from its state of the art plant at Navi Mumbai, Building on the advantage of in house facilities for high quality circular knitting, processing of knitted fabrics, printing and embroidery, Alok offers finished knitwear to its discerning customers in India and internationally, mainly U.S.A.
