Directly after submitting an application, applicants e-mailed their photos to Apparel Search, listing their complete name in the e-mail message. Payment was due directly after submitting as well.
Portfolio details: Sex (Female or Male); Hair Color (current color); Eye Color (Blue, Green, Brown or Hazel); Height; Weight (optional); Body Measurements - this field is intended for Women models only, however men can use it if you wish (Bust, Waist, Hips, optional); Dress Size; Pant Size; Shirt Size; Shoe Size.
Age: Applicants under 18 had to list their age details; for applicants over 18 it was optional. The application asked for Age, Month Born and Year Born.
Contact Information: First Name, Last Name, Street, City or Town, State, Country, Phone #, Fax #, E-mail address and Web Site (if applicable).
Privacy concerns: Applicants with privacy concerns could list their instructions in as much detail as possible, so that Apparel Search understood which contact information they wished to have or not have on their portfolio. Applicants who wished to have "all" of their information listed could skip that section.
Tell us about yourself: This information was posted in the comment section of the portfolio. The suggestion was to list Hobbies, Interests, Goals etc.
Applicants e-mailed their photos to Apparel Search and made payment after submitting. An application that was not followed with payment and photos was deleted.
Submitting an application acknowledged the applicant's understanding and agreement of the program's terms & conditions.
