"Diana's love affair with Van Pier's couture began first when some clothes were called in by Mario Testino Diana photographer for a fashion shoot. Later the princess was intrigued when she spotted a Van Pier signature jacket that appeared in a magazine ad for Macys department store purchased by a chaperone. When Diana noticed princess Stephanie of Monaco wearing a skinny gold pant in a Bazaar fashion layout and prompted her to call Van Pier to bring the collection to her suite at the Pierre Hotel on fifth avenue New York. Andre quickly rushed in from shooting a beauty commercial in the Caribbean to paid the royal visit. The rest is history.

There were special appearances by "Ro-men" through out the evening, and a galactic spaceship descended at midnight. The events were filmed by The Sci-fi channel and covered international press and television news.

Hollywood transplant, Kneau Reeves was displaying considering interest in Van Pier's revolutionary based "Alien Technology" luminescence photo art work and the futuristic series of Michael Jackson space age couture illustrations art for Jackson's much talked musical comeback. Kneau also discussed Andre's Techno fashions for rock stars and other Hollywood celebrities noting that was a far out couture fashion trend that was making waves from London, Paris to Milan and New York.

Van Pier's avant garde, groundbreaking fashions continue to startle and astound fashionistas everywhere. Van Pier's love affair with Hollywood began when he designed the infamous red sequin dress for Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie. All of this spectacular art couture was designed by Van Pier for fashion magazine layouts.

The Fashion & Art Couture will be display at the ritzy Rock Hard Casino in Fortlauderdale and then to Paris Fiac Art Fair and to The left bank Art House, on to London's Frieze Art Expo with a stopover at The new Guggenhim Museum in Dubai followed by the fashion hall at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar in the United Arab Emirates and finally to Tokyo Ginza district art centre.
