2012 LA Fashion Market Events
The California Market Center (CMC) will be presenting thousands of Fall II/holiday 2012 collections to buyers, Monday-thursday, June 11 – 14, 2012, for Los Angeles Fashion Market, also open on Sunday, June 10 for Preview. Resources will be featured throughout hundreds of the CMC's showrooms, in addition to the recently expanded GIFT & HOME Showcase, and special exhibit areas, including SELECT Contemporary Tradeshow, TRANSIT LA Shoe Show, and FOCUS Apparel & Accessories Show. To round out the Market experience, buyers and industry guests are invited to attend various special events, including a Fashion Show and Opening Night Reception, as well as a Trend Seminar, Retail Seminar, and a variety of additional perks featured throughout the building each day.
"We are anticipating a great Market," said Michael Gae of Rep Et Trois Showroom, in Suite A294. "The Market in June always attract national retailers seeking sophisticated California contemporary styles, and with the Fashion Show happening the first night, it will be an overall great experience for the buyers."

Running concurrently with LA Fashion Market, SELECT Contemporary Tradeshow will be taking place in the Fashion Theater, Main Lobby, Monday-wednesday, June 11-13. "We are looking forward to providing our discerning buyers with a juried mix of high-quality brands," said Joanne Lee, Vice President of Marketing and Show Manager of SELECT. "By curating who we allow to participate in SELECT, we are able to provide retailers with some of the best brands in the Contemporary market, all in one place."
New for this edition of SELECT are Catherine Andre, Linda Richards, and ABS by Allen Schwartz who will also be showing their Blue Pearl Sportswear brand. Also featured Monday-wednesday are FOCUS Apparel & Accessories Show and TRANSIT LA Shoe Show, both presented in the CMC's Penthouse, 13th floor. Adjacent to TRANSIT in the Penthouse will be the FOCUS showcase, highlighting a select mix of emerging designers and established brands that best encapsulate the West Coast lifestyle. "We are excited to see a strong growing presence of Contemporary Lifestyle brands participating in this edition of FOCUS," says Oscar Rodriguez, FOCUS Show Manager. Exhibitors include Jeffrey Campbell, SUPERbrand Apparel, Ali's Collection, Crowned Bird, Mystree, Mon Bijou, Ghost of Trouble, Rare Trends, Krammer & Stoudt, Bacci Collection, WM Designs, and Sharon Tang, in addition to an Emerging Designer co-op booth organized by Fashion Business Incorporated (FBI).

SELECT will host breakfast sponsored by Market Restaurant every morning in the Fashion Theater and FOCUS will host an Organic Wine Bar by Frey Winery each afternoon, while complimentary bags of Pop Chips, and IZZE and Honest Tea beverages will be available for buyers at SELECT, FOCUS, and TRANSIT.
Fall II/ Holiday 2012 Los Angeles Fashion Market takes place Monday-thursday, June 11–14, 2012 at the California Market Center. Show hours are 9:00am- 6:00pm daily, with Sunday open for Preview. Holiday/resort 12 LA Fashion Market will take place Monday–Thursday, August 13–16, 2012.
