Seasonality in handbags is gentler than in apparel but still real: straw, canvas and bright colors move in spring and summer, structured leather and darker palettes in autumn, and evening bags spike around the holiday season. Wholesale accounts that let a retailer refresh colors mid-season without reopening minimums on whole lines are worth more than a slightly cheaper account that cannot.
