Muse par Christian Chenail at Montreal Fashion Week 2006

Muse par Christian Chenail showed at the Montreal Fashion Week in March 2006, as part of the designer line-up for that edition of the event. Montreal Fashion Week was created in September 2001 by Liaison Mode Montreal to promote Quebec designers to the fashion industry, buyers and journalists, and the March 2006 shows continued that work, giving Montreal labels a professional runway in front of the fashion press and buyers.

The Show in the March 2006 Line-Up

Muse par Christian Chenail returned to the Montreal runway in March 2006, and the three photographs on this page — by Jimmy Hamelin for Montreal Fashion Week — are the record of the presentation. A returning label with a named designer behind it gives a fashion week continuity: the press can measure a new collection against the one they saw the season before.

The label's own site, muse-cchenail.com, no longer answers — the address returns a 410 Gone response — so that link has been removed; the event link and the photographs carry the record now.
