Smyth on The Denim Guy : The JP Group
Long Beach based marketing group The JPGroup, has launched a collaborative effort with Adriana Smyth, founder of Fine Green Designs, on all branding, marketing collateral, and web developments for The Denim Guy, a personal shopping service.
I was thrilled when they asked me to help develop the brand identity for this project, said Smyth. Creating a brand identity from scratch is something I personally enjoy doing, and look forward to working with this group of talented people to build a new brand identity.
When asked about collaborating with Smyth, Johnny Pinto drew on the creative relationship that he and Adrianna have shared over the years, I have known Adrianna since our days at LIM College, and I have admired her creativity from day one. After seeing the outstanding work she did for her own company, I knew I needed her help in creating The Denim Guy.
Just the first in many projects to come, Smyth and The JPGroup will begin building the online presence for The Denim Guy; thedenimguy.com. The site will be an online community resource for clients of the personal shopping service, and will provide news and information from fashion industry insiders. In addition, the website will provide reviews on fashion companies, up and coming brands, and fashion trends. An official date for the launch of thedenimguy.com has not been set.
The Denim Guy will be based out of Long Beach, CA, and will cater to the Long Beach and surrounding areas. Services are set to launch in the fall of 2009.
