The store era ended in the August 2020 Chapter 11 filing under Le Tote: all 38 stores were liquidated. The name, however, kept trading - Saadia Group relaunched it online in 2021, and Regal Brands Global bought the intellectual property in September 2024, restored the script logo, and relaunched the site as a discount-luxury store in 2025, adding a Heritage Collection of own-label apparel.
