Author Michael Batshaw of the new book The 51 Things You Should Know Before Getting Engaged, and handbag designer Joe Charles of Foxcrow Philosophy have recently signed with the Brooklyn-based boutique fashion PR firm.Jordanna Stephen, President of Touch of Pink PR, branched out to author Michael Batshaw after learning of his new book, because she believes every dating fashionista should have it in their library. Michael Batshaw, a board certified psychotherapist in NYC, has proven himself to be a real-life Hitch doctor with his new book, The 51 Things You Should Know Before Getting Engaged. The purse-sized, tiffany blue-esque colored book helps every woman get the 5-1 on their fianc before he puts a ring on it. It's the perfect checklist for every couple to go through when deciding to get married, especially with chapters such as Hollywood Gets it Wrong and Beware of the person of your dreams. The 51 Things You Should Know Before Getting Engaged will be hitting bookstores this September 2009.

NYC designer Joe Charles launched the collection Spring 2009 and it's already selling on the lower east side at retail store Tulips NYC.
