  Welding Hats by Pam : their Welding hats are made of 100% cotton that is prewashed before the hats are made to prevent shrinkage. They are 4 panel, reversible with a print on one side and a coordinating solid color fabric on the other. The bills/brims are lined with quilt batting, not cardboard. The standard welding hat is made with a 6 1/2" (low) crown (fits like a baseball cap) and a 3" bill/brim. Other options are available such as a 7 1/2" (high) crown (designed to cover the top of the ears) or a 2" bill.
