A pressure suit is a pressurized suit worn by men such as high-altitude fighter pilots who may fly so high that breathing pure oxygen at surrounding pressure would not provide enough oxygen for him to function: see hypoxia.

One type of pressure suit is a spacesuit, which is designed to operate in complete vacuum.
