The group has been deliberately reshaped: Lee, Wrangler and the VF Outlet business were spun off as Kontoor Brands in May 2019; the occupational workwear brands were sold in 2021; Supreme was sold to EssilorLuxottica in a sale completed October 1, 2024; and Dickies was sold to Bluestar Alliance for $600 million in a sale completed November 12, 2025.
